Comments:
With McFerran and the Cardozo Crawlers. 6 minute warm-up. Started at Pierce Mill and looped up Ridge to Ross to Cherokee trail back to Pierce with regrouping after every interval. Pick ups were 3, 4, 5, 4, 3 minutes with 2 min recoveries after each. Felt very good and strong.
