Shaking out the kinks

Weather: Moderate and sunny

Comments:
Short, easy run to work out the kinks from the half marathon two days prior. This is also the first day of MCMAP (tan to gey) training for me in quite a while.

Stiff at the beginning, couldn't settle into a slow steady pace. (That's been a recurring problem for me lately.)
