It's Been Too Long

Weather: Warm, sunny, windy & blowing sand

Comments:
First run in more than a week, and only the second since the half marathon. Tyring to keep running while working in MCMAP has been a challenge--at least as much in terms of time management as physically. For the first time in quite a while, got off to what felt like a nice slow, steady comfortable pace vice 'shocking' my system with a quick (and uncomfortable) 1/4 to 1/2 mile before slowing to a good pace--out of fatigue.

Did a couple good tempo run segments, usually up a slight hill; no walking, no water. Felt pretty good--looking forward to the Army 10 miler this weekend, and still contemplating the USMC marathon.
