Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
For all of us not going to Yakima, we only did 2 800's with a recovery time of double the first person in our groups time, so that was me. The yakima kids did 4. We only did 2 because we have a 3200 meter time trial tomorrow.
Again, we weren't supposed to be killing ourselves. I felt pretty good in this workout, except that it was hot. But I was leading our group by a lot which always feels really cool; I like pacing people I've noticed.
Then on our cooldown we did lots of fun turns and i was an airplane:) hahah.
