Mann what a run today!
I felt so great on those first 50 minutes of that run! I was running with some top/middle jv girls and they were breathing hard and i wasnt.. it was awesome:D
Then we went up into the foothills, and did the ridgeback. I kinda died, and it was weird cause we did it backwards but I still kept going and once we got to the top I got strong again:)
Also, momma harm took me aside after warm up and was like "DID YOU SEE YOUR TIME?!" ANd I was like yeah! And she just let me know how much I improved and such; it was nice.
How was bend?!
