Comments:
Supposed to be like cruise miles but didn't turn out that way, 5xTowers mile with 3 minutes rest at 5:21, 5:41, 5:30, 5:26, 5:14. All of them felt relaxed until the last one so feeling good about the shape I'm in. Aerobically not too tired afterwords legs are still pretty sore though
