4x1mile at goal 5k pace, at kinder, flat, same course as 1200s. 5:23, :19, :15, :09. 3 minutes rest. Very good pace, good decrease. Definetly not easy, but felt pretty solid through them all. Maybe a tiny bit fatigued from the last 2 days, but not really. Happy with workout.
