Comments:
Today felt MUCH better!yessss.
My hip hurts from dance ed though, oh how I loathe that class.
1:52 was my target time, 3:42 was the recovery.
Gradually got faster:)
This will only let me do 6 intervals.
SO I put my LAST 6 400's.
