Weather: Overcast but HOT

Comments:
Heavy lower body weights before run. Weather felt nice until mile 1... still waiting for that great Fall weather! Side stitch around mile 1.5. Tried to push a quicker pace @ mile 5 but couldn't keep it :( felt a little lightheaded & overheated in the end.
Had a Nature's Path multigrain blueberry pancake for breakfast w/ a tspn of Smart Balance peanut butter... maybe too heavy???
