What a sucky day of running.
My hips been bothering me and i let it get to me so I stopped at 17:46, even though we were supposed to run 50. ( we were running the district course) The coaches were really frustrated with everybody and the talk we got after made us all really disappointed and wanting to prove them wrong.
It just was not our day.
