3 400's in the foothills.

Well man. Let me tell you, a 400 in the part of the hills we do it in is TOUGH. Oh my goshh. It is steeeeep. But it was only 3, with a 10:00 minute recovery.
We felt good again today, and worked really hard to show the coaches we are determinded.
My group was supposed to get 1:55, but we didn't, like varsity girls were getting that time; it was a tough workout but I felt good.
