Comments:
First half at 2:40, first mile at 6:26. Considering that, I recovered really well, especially considering I was wheezing a little bit and still can't breathe without issue. My legs felt good and relatively strong, though. Splits: 6:26/5:51/6:15/5:43/6:10/5:37. Miles 3-4 may have been a little more balanced, as I couldn't see where 7th Ave was.
