alright so this is guna sound pretty crazy but i really thought this site shut down over the summer. This summer i did allot of training for the 100 and 42' inch hurdles but oo how life has twists.
So on labor day weekend i was in a major car accident, i broke my collar bone, and shoulder blade, broke my hip in two different spots, had a grade 4 concussion and a puncutured lung... so shits been crazy i'm not starting my reovery its been 6 weeks as of last friday and i finally had my first run today which went really well but wasnt much of course. guna start adding to the site from now on as i make my recovery my goals for this track season are to break 2 min in the 800!
