We did 15-15-30-30-45-45-45-45-30-30-15-15 at about 5:40 pace with a recovery at 9:00 pace between each interval that was equal to what we had just run in time plus an additional 15 seconds.

I got a bad side stitch during the cooldown, but I survived long enough to finish.
