10 mile prep run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool, light breeze, broken overcast

Comments:
First relatively long training run.
Plan: Run 1 mile, walk 45 sec.
Result: Followed the plan, finished just under 9:00/mile pace, feeling tired but not too bad.
Ran w/GPS and Camelbak w/water; could have used Gatorade and some chow on such a long run.
No chafing or foot hot spots noted during the run.
