Comments:
Disappointing last workout before the taper. Wanted to (boldly) do 7 @ 5:50, but could only muster 7@5:58. More disappointed by my inconsistent splits (5:53/5:46/5:43/6:31/5:30/6:24/6:00). Still, this was my best workout to-date and think if I had a better gauge as to where the half-mile splits were at, I would have been able to rein it in a bit better on mile 4- mile 6 I was pretty dead.
