I'm getting ready for the beginning of the cross country play offs!

Tonight, in preparation, I have carbo loaded like nothing else! We're talking eating the lasagna at the spaghetti feed, and then coming home and eating some more noodles, then eating two clif bars! With luck, this will provide me with the energy I need tomorrow to perform better than I have ever done before.

I'm excited for tomorrow, and I'm going to forgo my nightime routine of pushups/situps/misc. workout to be in bed by 9:30 at the latest.
