First training run for PF Chang Marathon. 9.1 Miles at 6:30 pace. Planning on a 18-20 mile run this weekend.
NOTE: HAD A GREAT RUN BECAUSE MY IT BAND WAS LOOSE, DO THE CROSS OVER STRETCH AND OTHER IT BAND STRETCHED MORE!!!!!!
