Comments:
Ran the NCAA DII South Regional XC course with team first loop. Then pushed on my own the 2nd loop. Added on a mile after. Felt pretty good for the most part. Not much of an aerobic threshold anymore!
Great course and looking forward to the meet this weekend! GO MOCS!
