Comments:
Ran the Wailua to Kealia route. Stashed waters during warm up. Running against the wind sucked- especially in the beginning. Running with the wind increased speed a little-the wind was pushing me- LOL! Felt a little heavy- probably due to late night meal. Need new music and shoes.
