1.5 warmup -12x400's 75-90 seconds each was the target. stayed around 85 seconds for group #1--93 for group #2 a 1st 4 with 30 second recoveries in between,2:00 rest after 4; 2nd 4 with 40 second recoveries in between and 4:00 recovery after the 8th one and 3rd 4 with 50 second recoveries.
