Weather: eh not too good
Comments:
Felt pretty awful... 4xTowers loops with 3 minutes rest. Legs were really tight and just overall tired from the tough week last week. Just had no "oomph"... Ah well they can't all be good days. Good that last week caught up to me sooner rather than later
