Exercise Type: Run

Weather: colder than the weekend

going to start logging out and backs as two intervals because I keep negative splitting by a ton. I need to start feeling good at the beginning of runs. It took 4 miles before I felt good at all. Most of the second half was at a faster pace than the time indicates because I had to slow down a lot in one section as it was getting pretty dark. Donated blood afterwards so tomorrow's double could be rough but I'll find my way through it.
