Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cool, sunny, breezy
Comments:
Not a bad run. On the way back we did three 1-minute periods of counting our strides, so we know if we are bouncing too much or something. We sped up a lot the second half, which is interesting since the way back is a net uphill. I think the first half was around 18ish?
Anyway, tomorrow is another speed workout at Bates. Now that I know where I am in my speed (read: I now know I'm slow), I'm going to have to start working hard if I want that sophomore record in the 800. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
