been experimenting with what I eat and when before a hard workout... feel better on longer workouts in a more fasted state but definitely not recommended before anaerobic workouts!! At the track my legs felt like they lost their highest gear after 200meters in...
PREP: small 300cal bfast 2 hrs before, 100 cal intake hr before.
GOAL: 600 meters at five minute mile pace(sub 1:45), five times, 3 minute rest in between (slow 600 jog).
