Comments:
all on treadmill. 2.75 mile warmup to a 72 second quarter. 5:40 5:35 for the next two miles. half mile jog then 3x400 with 400 jog at 7:30 pace. 400s were at 72 because that maxes out the treadmill. cooldown after. Didn't feel great. My breathing is fine but my legs don't like running fast right now.
