Hill Workout

Weather: nice

Got pretty tough... 10x400 with 2 minutes jog rest starting off sprinting up a 200m long and moderately steep hill. 1-5 felt pretty easy but from then on each one just got harder and harder. Same feeling like strathmore but was going faster up the hill, so it was like a hill sprint almost. 1.75 warmup and 1.25 cooldown
