Comments:
we had practice right after school today. we did the town loop. old hartford 27th,daviess, legion ebyers to school.
after 10 minute warmup, we did 3 sets of 2:00 minute warnings, going 50,40,30 with those recoveries in between. we did 2-3 minutes in between each set, covering around 600 meters each 2 minutes, good training.
