Weather: 78-80 and nice
Comments:
Ran 1.5 miles warm-up with team. Then ran 48:00 fartlek and cool-down with Emily on team. 7-6-5-4-2 on with 1/2 time off between. About 1.5 down and back to school. 58:00 total. Did Ho-Chi-Min loop. Felt ok. Legs a bit tight and sore. Great workout and core in the gym with team after.
