Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I'm not satisfied with my performance, as I tend to feel during indoor. All of my time running, especially starting last indoor season, I;'ve had issues pacing. I think that I should be capable of running a sub 2:05 if I just push hard enough, so I go out at 30 sec. 200 pace, then have a severely uneven split. But, I finally need to face my pacing problem, and actually do something about it by doing specific pacing workouts. I may have the physical capability to run sub 2, but I have to hit 2:07, 2:05, etc., first. I won't let it get me down, I just have to work on my pacing and see if it makes a difference.
