Today I am sore, and it sucks cause I'm running the 4x8 and the 500. So basically it sucks. I'm starting to think Josh Gavin and I are the only ones that run our long run. Vangorder said the other guys only did a 10 minute run....aka 10 minute snow ball fight. We saw frederick driving home when we still had 10 minutes left in our run.....cool
