Comments:
I didn't feel too good during this workout, but my times were good. We did 6 200s. We also needed to practice hand offs, so one person would run their 200, then hand off to the other, etc. This way we were also getting around 1 and a half minutes rest, which was perfect. My first one was two slow (32), and I died on my last one (33) but otherwise a good workout.
