Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after lifting to change it up, thought I would be too tired but actually worked out okay. Did short warm up which felt okay then 10 min of 30 sec intervals 7/6 spd. Felt pretty good, stayed at 7 spd for 4 min at end then picked up to race pace for last minute before cool down. Some slight tightness in left quad at faster pace but no big deal.
