headed down to the fh with luke around 9:30..PM cause that's when the afternoon (night) practice time was. no respect. we arrived to find out the doors were locked..figures. so we looked through the shitty door in the back & got chou's attention to let us in..thank god. we sat our spiked down & finished up the 5miles then hopped on the track for a perfectly paced 6min tempo mile. luke hit :45, 1:30, 2:15, 3:00... we decided to break the 12 200s into sets of 6. the first set was slower with less recovery (200m); the second was faster with 200+. 35, 34, 33, 32, 33, 33, 28, 28, 28, 28, 27, 26. everything felt easy. the 5miles were a jog & the tempo mile felt very similar. the first set was also a walk in the part & the last set felt comfortably hard until the 27, 26. cant wait to get on the outdoor track to set that 200m pr.
