Weather: 22, calm, very cold

Comments:
Went to bed with start of sore throat and didn't get much sleep, woke up with same cold symptom which is bumming me out. Wanted to run 6 but scaled back to 4.5 due to time and in case I started to tank. Very cold start, took mile and half before my fingers melted. Felt okay for first 2 miles but legs tightened up after River St hill and Clifford Hill. Going much slower than used to and I really needed to stop at 4.5, felt wiped out. Yuck!!
