Comments:
Feeling better, think all cold symptoms just about gone. Went to bed before 9:30 so actually felt rested at 5:30 am. Tried to keep a better pace than last K run, legs were burning and tightening at times but eventually they felt good going faster. Great conversation as always, time flew by.
