so we did our warmup and i didn't feel ready at all. the 800 was ok. not where i wanted to be but i was happy with it considering that my hips were killing me and i was still really sore. then we did repeat 200s. i think by then i was more loose and probably could have done better in the 800 if i warmed up a little better. we did about 1.5 for a cooldown.
