Back on the trail for the first time this year. Nice. My legs were tired from the hilly run yesterday. I was supposed to do 6 tempo reps but I was too tired starting them (quads hurt) and I ran them too fast (probably cause I was afraid i'd be too slow). Anyway good workout. IT feels good, shins good, foot good so all good.
