Comments:
Hill Repeats. 4 long hill repeats, in the midst of some smaller hills, about AC-AT pace. Wanted to go under 7:30 per mile. Did core after run: planks, crunches, as well as some pull-ups, push-ups. Good work-out, start to the week.
