Knowing I'm going to run both days this weekend and not feeling up to the mile trial this became by day off sorta. I did have to run the mile trial but it became more like a pace mile for a big goal 5k or something. It was fairly easy but I don't think I could've run anything very good today anyway. Didn't really care, was actually tired from last night's run and the Monday. Worked on strength and core afterward.
