then a cooldown. so it was a pretty short workout. very jetlagged. it killed my lungs (this was where I most noticed the month without any workouts) but not my legs. the hamstring stuff faded away after the first pickup (!), so it seems like that might not be holding me back too much longer. I was actually more concerned about my shin/knee which got worse during the workout. iced there afterward
