Woodville Lollipop + Top of Field and Back

Ugh, I should have run over the weekend... Luckily we're planning to do weekly get-togethers every Saturday to run our long runs. We'll be starting with 8ish miles, and we'll hopefully move up to 10 and above a little into the season.

Anyway, this was the first official practice of the season, so we ran one lollipop with all of the sprinters and throwers, then added on a Top of Field and Back. My right foot was hurting a lot for the last mile or two, and now I can barely walk. We'll see it this heals itself or if I'm going to have to take a week off to rest it.
