lafferty and i got down to the outdoor track and of course the wind was ridiculous so i proposed heading indoors, which we did after seeing a bird nearly getting blown into the bleachers. we (he actually did) were originally going to so 15min, 10, 5 at threshold pace. i guess i was really feeling yesterday's mr cause getting through the 15min of 5:30+ pace was Hard. i started on the 10min and stopped after .5mi. jogged around until he was ready for the 5min & fell off on that too but finished it. a pretty poor showing on my part. i felt pretty guilty so i did 4x200: no watch for the first 2, 32, 31. the cool down felt rough as well.
