Comments:
Did a normal warm up and then did 200's at about mile pace. Most of ours were on the quick side i would say. but they weren't too fast i hope.
did 3 sets of 3 200's with 200m jog rest after each rep and a 400m jog after each set.
Times: 34, 37, 33; 34, 34, 34; 34, 35, 35
We slowed the last two down because we felt that the first few were probably quicker than our mile pace.
