Comments:
Did this workout in the midst of the marathon. Did 8 400's at about tempo pace and then 2 400's (the ones i did for the marathon) at a faster pace. The ones i did for the marathon were my last two.
A minute of rest in between each tempo 400.
The tempo's were all in between 77-81 seconds
The two speed ones were 64 seconds and 63 seconds
