Weather: raining, but OK...

Comments:
Good run in the pouring rain @ AC-AT pace. I love running in the rain!!!
Hill Repeats: 4 x 257 m @ 60 secs/257 m jog in between, with some smaller hills along route, but no other repeats.
Core Strengthening after run: planks, crunches, etc.
