Comments:
Did 3 sets of 4x150 meters. 50 meter walk in between each rep. 3 minute jog in between each set. First set was at Mile pace, second set at 1000 pace and last set at 800 pace. Did a progressive warmup and a ten minute cooldown. Actually felt kind of difficult.
