Comments:
Ten minute warmup.Ran 5x 3:30 with 2minutes rest in between. Pace was supposed to be at 2-mile pace therefore we ran 5:00 pace as best we could estimate. Ran sort of all over stewart park and golf course area not exactly sure distance but the time indicates we went pretty far. Ten minute cooldown
