Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
only ran the mile. it felt nice to only run one event. i didn't do enough of a warm up. felt really stiff for the first two laps and then i felts good for the last two. i thought i was running faster than i was. o well. i don't know if i will run both the mile and the two mile on thurs. we'll see how the next two days go.
