Two Minute Warning !!!!

warmup to legion and back
4 x 100 meter strides on the fb
3x2:00 warning.. 50 on 50 off..40 on 40 off 30 on 4 minutes recovery in between each. as a team we averaged covering around 1,900 to 2,000 meters in 6:00 minutes. Claire set the record for 1 2:00 set at 705 meters, and over 2,000 meters total for the whole workout.. 4 x 100 strides and 2 fb field grass loops to finish.. ice bags after
a very good speed session today. Everyone had a very solid day.
